overview
- Beginner to Intermediate Athletes looking to improve/learn volleyball
- Athletes ages 10-15 years old. Practices will be held on Tues. or Thurs. & Sat.
- Groups will be divided into teams of 9 (each with a coach) to ensure more time on the court to maximize growth in live game setting.
- Teams will compete in 5 tournaments on Sunday afternoons once a month (excluding April) from December-May
Other details
- Program will start in October and will be completed with the final tournament.
- Practice Locations:
- Plantation High School
- NSU University School
- Renaissance Cooper City
- Athletes must try-out for teams
- Teams will be created based on age & skill level.
- All athletes must have an active AAU membership

TRYOUT SCHEDULE
Kinetic Energy tryouts will take place on Sunday, August 27th.
10U - 11U - 8am - 9am
12U - 13U - 9am - 10:30am
14U - 15U - 10:30am - 12pm

Cost
- $225 per month
*Ionic Energy Promotion (IEP)- Bring a friend, play on the same team, each athlete pays $175/month!!
