Descriptions and Dues
The Fusion athlete is an athlete ranging from 14-17U who is willing to put in the work, dedication & focus necessary for playing volleyball at the collegiate level. Fusion level athletes will participate in 13 events within USAV & AAU volleyball programs. Fusion teams will participate in 5 USAV qualifying events as well as AAU Nationals and USAV Nationals for qualifying teams. Fusion teams practice *4 times a week in a combination of team, positional and conditioning focused practices. All athletes attending tryouts will have the opportunity to be placed on a Fusion level team. No spots at this level are preselected from previous year’s teams.
Fusion is only for athletes whose age and level of commitment warrants the necessary attention to detail to prepare each athlete both individually and as a team for recruiting opportunities. Training is performed, crafted & led by coaching staff whose primary focus is preparing athletes both physically and mentally for the collegiate stage. Fusion athletes require AAU and USAV memberships. Fusion Season concludes with AAU Nationals/Junior National Championships.
* Tournament weeks will have 3 practices per week (2 weekday practices leading into the tournament)
The cost for Fusion teams is divided throughout the season with an initial deposit of $450 & 10 subsequent payments of $425.00/ month.

PureEnergy Volleyball will have Nuclear Teams for all age levels. Nuclear athletes possess the dedication & focus necessary for playing volleyball at an “elite” level. Nuclear level athletes will participate in 13 events within USAV & AAU volleyball programs. Nuclear teams will participate in 2 USAV qualifying events as well as AAU Nationals and USAV Nationals for qualifying teams. Nuclear teams, similar to Fusion teams, practice *4 times a week in a combination of team, position and conditioning focused practices. All athletes attending tryouts will have the opportunity to be placed on a Nuclear level team. No spots at this level are preselected from previous year’s teams.
Nuclear teams are designed for athletes who show the want to take their game to the next level by exhibiting a desire to learn and work hard to progress within the sport of volleyball. We like to say, “A Nuclear athlete requires a nuclear mindset and a willingness to put the team’s welfare ahead of your own.” Training is performed, crafted, & led by coaching staff whose primary focus is helping all athletes reach their maximum potential. Nuclear athletes need AAU and USAV memberships. Nuclear Team Season concludes with AAU Nationals/Junior National Championships.

PureEnergy Volleyball will have Atomic Teams for all age levels. Atomic level athletes will participate in 13 events within USAV & AAU volleyball programs. Atomic teams, similar to Fusion & Nuclear teams, practice *4 times a week in a combination of team, position and conditioning focused practices. All athletes attending tryouts will have the opportunity to be placed on an Atomic level team. No spots at this level are preselected from previous year’s teams.
Training is performed, crafted & led by coaching staff whose primary focus is helping all athletes reach their maximum potential. Atomic athletes need AAU and USAV memberships. Atomic Team Season concludes with AAU Nationals/Junior National Championships.

Radioactive teams are composed of athletes who exhibit the skills necessary to compete at an intermediate to advanced intermediate level of play. Radioactive athletes will participate in 13 events within USAV & AAU volleyball programs. Radioactive teams will play in local tournaments in the Florida Junior Challenge League as well as 2-day events within the state of Florida. Radioactive Teams practice 2-3 times a week in a combination of team, position and conditioning focused practices. All athletes attending tryouts will have the opportunity to be placed on a Radioactive level team. No spots at this level are preselected from previous year’s teams.
The cost for Radioactive teams is divided throughout the season with an initial deposit of $450 & 10 subsequent payments of $350.00/ month.
Additionally, we offer a few add-ons for an additional fee:
- Beach Conditioning - Designed to help with strength & conditioning through sand training. Training will be offered one day a week. Cost: $17 a month
- Skills Training - Position specific training across all levels (ex. Setters, Hitters, etc). Cost: $17 a month

PureEnergy Volleyball will have Chemical & Sonic teams in 12u -15u age divisions. These teams are developmental level and will participate in 5-6; 1 day tournaments locally. Teams Practice 2-3 times a week on a Friday-Sunday schedule. Teams are designed for athletes who have been playing volleyball for a relatively short amount of time and are looking to improve their skills in a team atmosphere. All Chemical & Sonic teams begin August 25, 2023 and end May 26,2024. All athletes attending tryouts will have the opportunity to be placed on Chemical & Sonic level teams. No spots at this level are preselected from previous year’s teams.
